RESCHEDULING POLICYStudents are welcome to reschedule their lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. They are able to do so by emailing StardustProductionsInt@gmail.com or by texting or calling Chris at (302) 985-3957. We will always do our best to accomodate. If you need to cancel for a week, we will be happy to refund your weekly payment.

LESSON PRICING AND TIMESGuitar lessons cost $30.00 and are schedueld in 30 minute blocks.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY LESSONS?After filling out the lesson form, you will be taken to a payment page. This payment page will set up a weekly recurring payment for your lesson. The payments will begin on the day you sign up and will be deducted from your account on the same day each week. This payment can be canceled at any time.

AM I ALLOWED TO SIT IN WITH MY CHILD DURING A LESSON?Absolutely! We welcome parents to join the lesson.

HOLIDAYS THAT ARE OBSERVEDHolidays that we observe and lessons will be cancelled for include: New Years Easter Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas If the lesson falls on a holiday (excluding Thanksgiving and Chrismas), we are able to reschedule for a different day of the week.

HOW DO I CANCEL?We're sad to see you go! If you want to stop for any reason, simply send an email to StardustProductionsInt@gmail.com letting us know you wish to cancel your lesson. We will take care of your recurring payment plan immediately. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

WHAT FORMAT DO I SEND MY TRACKS IN?Files need to be WAV or AIFF (44.1 or 48KHz). These options are normally located in your bounce menu in your DAW. We can support 16, 24, or 32 bit depth. Please be sure that tracks are not clipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept DAW sessions. All tracks must be bounced from the very beginning of the song and must all be the same length. Please do not use preprocessing such as limiting, normalizing, or compression. All tracks must be "dry." If you have a special circumstance, please contact us via email StardustProductionsInt@gmail.com or phone (302) 985-3957 and we will do our best to accomodate. Be sure your files are labeled as "Song Name - Track Name" (Example: "Theme Song - Guitar")

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY?All cancellations/rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations later than that will incur a 50% charge. Rescheduling will not incur a charge.

CAN I LISTEN TO EXAMPLES OF YOUR WORK?Absolutely! We have examples here on the website as well as examples from clients on Spotify.

HOW DO I PAY?We take payment in the online shop via credit, debit, or PayPal. Mixing Services can be paid for online via credit, debit, or PayPal. Appointment services** can be paid for online via credit, debit, or Paypal. An invoice will be sent via email after the appointment time has been approved. **Appointment services require clients to schedule a specific time in the studio.
